Intelligent Vertical Profiling Systems

Autonomous vertical profiling of the water column has long been a highly sought after tool in the environmental scientist or water manager’s toolbox. Many commonly observed water quality parameters require a sensor to be located at the position of interest. The vertical dimension is often of special interest since water masses with similar properties are frequently found in layers. Devices that move sensors throughout the water column are often custom-designed and built for specific purposes. After years of such development, we have decided to separate many of the components of a successful design and offer them individually or as a complete package.  These components include:
